Dear Sir and Madame:

As Mr Baise does not appear to have a University address, I am sending
this letter to him at his home address as well as to the branch of the
University to which he reports.

Reference the recent election conducted for the Illinois Student
Government on this 4-5 March 2002 which was adjudicated by Mr Baise's
Commission.

Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (5 ILCS 140/3, as amended), I
request hereby for inspection and copying all records related to the tally
of votes for the aforementioned election including, but not limited to,
counts of raw selections made on ballots before any disqualification of
candidates or any other criteria for determining validity of individual
votes were applied.

May I please hear your response by return post to the above captioned
address by no later than seven (7) working days from your receipt of
this letter, as required by statute.
